Spectrum Cycles, Inc. was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1983 but began building frames under the Spectrum name in late 1982. The Spectrum facilities are housed in a 170 year old stone barn in the Lehigh Valley of eastern Pennsylvania. The president and founder of Spectrum Cycles is Tom Kellogg. Presently, Spectrum employs Tom Kellogg and Jeff Duser. Over the years Spectrum has employed as many as four people at one time. Spectrum Cycles was originally formed to produce the highest quality custom steel and titanium frames and bicycles.

All Steel frames are custom. Road, Track, Touring, Tri, Cyclo-X, Softride, but not MTB.

All frames include: frame, fork, headset, frame pump to match and bottle.

Road frames have Nickel plated dropout faces.

Steel tubing used depends on the customer's needs, weight, size etc. We never use a complete tube set as we can tailor the frame to our customers better by mixing sets. We use tubing manufactured by; Columbus, Reynolds, Tange, Dedacciai, etc. Lugs used are Henry James or our own custom made lugs.

Standard steel finishes include about 50 Imron colors. Extra colors, neons, candies, pearls, traveling colors, etc. are extra. All decals are buried, i.e.. you can't feel them. Decal colors available are black, white, red and yellow along with the 5 tone spectrum world logo.

Repair and refinishing for OEs and importers. We are one of the country's largest OE and importer repair shops. We do direct and referral work for Gita, Security, Ochsner, etc.
